Grill your own steaks on our custom wood grill utilizing the best cuts of meat, cut and prepared exclusively by the Ritual butchery team. All steaks are sourced from 44 Farms and Black Hill Meats, Houston area ranchers that truly are stewards of the grand livestock that graces Ritual’s menu.
Hop in for a COMPLIMENTARY beer class taught by Sam Payne of Firestone Walker Brewery at 3:00 P.M. which will reveal in-depth information about the brewery, the brewers, and include a complimentary tasting of four Firestone Walker beers.
Take part as our culinary and butchery teams join forces as Kevin Callahan leads guests through a COMPLIMENTARY Whole Hog Butcher Demonstration at 4:00 P.M., showcasing butcher techniques, discussing heritage breed pigs, and how various cuts can best be prepared at home.
Don't miss Peter Clifton's COMPLIMENTARY Whiskey Class at 5:00 P.M. featuring whiskeys from around the world, stylistic differences you will find in various whiskeys, how barreling affects whiskey, and how water influences their flavor profiles. Clifton’s class will also include a whiskey tasting of 4 whiskeys from around the world, as well as, a water tasting from the same areas that the whiskey is produced.
Moms get to enjoy a complimentary mimosa and kids can join in the fun when they get to make a card for Dad at our complimentary card-decorating booth from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.!
